ILC Africa was founded in 2006 by two University of Pennsylvania alumni with backgrounds in management consulting, education, and health. Based in Ghana (West Africa), ILC Africa is now a passionate cadre of international development professionals. Our vision is to document and evaluate practices that contribute to development. We use the best methods to yield valuable findings.
